Jen’s Take on CCI Coating Prep
This is the product that makes or breaks a good ceramic coating install. CCI Coating Prep removes everything that would interfere with a coating’s ability to bond—polishes, oils, waxes, fillers, and even stubborn residue. If you want long-term coating durability, the prep has to be perfect, and this is exactly what I use in the shop before every coating application.
I also use it between correction steps. A quick wipe shows you any leftover marring, trails, or spots you may have missed. It’s one of those simple products that quietly does a lot of heavy lifting.
